Patient Resources
STEP 01
Schedule an Appointment or Walk-in:
We offer immediate service for both urgent and non-urgent cases. You have the option to walk in or expedite your wait time by making an appointment (via our website or by phone).
STEP 02
Complete Required Documentation:
If you’re a new patient, we’ll need to obtain your medical and dental history. We’ll send these forms to you via email or text, and we also have paper copies available.
Make sure to have your Photo ID on hand. If you have insurance coverage, we’ll confirm your copayment in our office to ensure you maximize your benefits.
STEP 03
Examination & X-rays:
New patients will undergo an examination and x-ray procedure before any treatment can commence. This step is crucial for diagnosing your condition and devising a comprehensive treatment plan.
Limited examinations are priced at ninety-five dollars and are designed for addressing specific dental issues. We strongly recommend comprehensive examinations, which cover the entire oral cavity and can detect potential dental problems. Comprehensive exams cost one hundred fifty dollars.
If you possess dental insurance, you can expect lower out-of-pocket expenses for your examination.
The dentist will evaluate the x-rays and conduct an examination of your oral health. They will elucidate their observations, present available treatment options, and offer recommendations.
STEP 04
Treatment Planning:
Following the examination, we will furnish you with a detailed treatment plan that outlines the recommended procedures and delineates your out-of-pocket expenses. If applicable, we will also discuss estimated copayments and explore financing alternatives as necessary. Once your inquiries regarding treatment and finances are addressed, we will collect payment and initiate your treatment.
STEP 05
Treatment:
Our objective is to initiate treatment on the same day whenever possible. In certain situations, your treatment may necessitate scheduling for a later date.
